Ingredients
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup chopped frozen cucumber
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup frozen kale (or fresh)
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- Scoop of nut butter (any kind you chose!)
- Water (only if needed to thin the smoothie)
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth. If the smoothie is too thick, add a bit of water or more almond milk until the smoothie reaches your desired consistency. Pour into a mason jar or glass of choice.
- Optional: I like to layer or top with granola, dark chocolate, unsweetened coconut flakes, and/or additional nut butter!
